No. Working with us is free for candidates. The companies we recruit for pay our fee.
Do I see how you'll present me before a company does?
Yes. Before your details go to any company, you see how we'll present you. You can approve it, ask for changes or say no. It's your story and you decide how it's told.
What kinds of roles do you recruit for?

Will my details be shared without asking me?
No. A recruiter on our team reviews everything first, we only put you forward for roles you want, and nothing goes to a company until you've approved how we present you.
Does AI decide whether I'm considered?
No. Otto AI helps us search and match, and helps put your story together; it scores experience only against a role's written skills and experience requirements. A recruiter reviews every match and every story, and people make every decision.
Can I see or delete what you hold about me?
