How we use Otto AI

Otto AI is the recruiting platform we built. It does the heavy lifting on search and paperwork, a recruiter works alongside it at every step, and people make every decision.

What Otto AI does

• Searches every night for engineers who fit your role.
• Matches people to the written requirements of a role, on skills and experience.
• Drafts each candidate's profile for a recruiter to check.
• Keeps follow ups, interview bookings and guarantee dates on track.

What a person does

• Talks with every candidate we put forward.
• Reviews every match and every profile.
• Decides who we introduce to a company.
• Writes or approves every email before it is sent. Otto AI never sends one on its own.

What the candidate controls

• How we present them. Nothing goes to a company until they approve it.
• Which roles they are put forward for.
• A private page that shows where each application stands.
• What we hold about them. They can see it, correct it or ask us to delete it.

What Otto AI leaves out

• School names and how well known an employer is.
• Gaps in someone's work history.
• Age, race, religion, health, family status and every other protected characteristic.
